The Entrepreneurship Business/Nonprofit Coaching Practice Certification: Focuses on practical business planning, coaching frameworks, and income-generating strategies. Graduates are equipped to help clients clarify their vision, design action plans, and strengthen the systems and structures needed to sustain a successful business or nonprofit.

For Development & Management
The Nonprofit Development and Management Certification: Provides structured training in nonprofit leadership, focusing on program development, fundraising, governance, volunteer and staff management, and financial stewardship. Participants learn to strengthen mission alignment, increase organizational capacity, and position their nonprofit for sustained impact and funding growth.

IDEA
The Inclusion-Diversity-Equity-Advocate (IDEA) Certification: Prepares professionals to serve as informed advocates for inclusion, diversity, and equity by introducing key IDEA concepts, cultural competency tools, and practical strategies for addressing bias and structural barriers. Participants develop skills to lead or support equity-focused initiatives, facilitate courageous conversations, and help organizations embed IDEA principles into policies, culture, and everyday practices.

M-Power
The M-Power Women's Leadership Development Certification: This 8-week, 12-hour women’s leadership program blends leadership development with faith-based inspiration, highlighting biblical narratives and examples of women’s leadership with particular attention to the experiences and creativity of Black women. Participants explore leadership foundations, styles, critical thinking, teamwork, business acumen, and accountability so they can lead more confidently, authentically, and effectively in their workplaces, ministries, and communities.
